PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution by forming a pulse longer than an ordinary minimum data reading cycle time, and controlling latch-hold operation of the data. CONSTITUTION:An input signal passes through a buffer 1 and a pulse is produced at a change point of the input signal by a detecting circuit 2, and extended to a longer pulse duration than an ordinarily used data reading cycle period by an extension circuit 8. The input signal from the buffer 1 is supplied to an address decoder 4 and the data in a memory area 5 designated by the address is read by the circuit 8 generating a timing signal in accordance with an output of the circuit 2 and inputted to a latch hold circuit 7 through a sense circuit 6. In the circuit 7, the latch operation is controlled by a longer pulse than the ordinary data reading cycle time. |
