<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for corrosion-proof surface coating of a metal material requiring no heating, by providing a cured resin layer to the surface of the metal material and laminating a polyolefin cover sheet having a cured epoxy resin layer to the metal material so as to interpose a reactive curable resin intermediate layer in such a state that the cured epoxy resin layer is arranged being opposed to the cured resin layer to adhere all of the layers by curing. CONSTITUTION:A cured resin layer 12 is provided to the surface of a metal material 11 and a reactive curable resin intermediate layer 15 is provided to the surface of the cured resin layer 12 and/or the surface of a cured epoxy resin layer 13. Subsequently, a polyolefin cover sheet 14 is laminated to the metal material 11 under pressure so that the cured epoxy resin layer 13 and the cured resin layer 12 are opposed through the reactive curable resin intermediate layer 15 and, thereafter, the curing reaction of the reactive curable resin intermediate layer 15 is completed to perform the adhesion to the surface of the polyolefin cover sheet 14. Because heating is not especially required in performing corrosion-proof coating, there is no thermal deterioration of the polyolefin cover sheet and effective corrosion-proof coating can be applied even to the surface of the metal material difficult to sufficiently heat.</p> |
