PURPOSE:To manufacture the receiving plate, on the type side surface of which the wear-resistant plate made of plastic composite material is solidly provided, by plastic molding method, by a method wherein plastic is injected into the space between the wear-resistant plate and a metallic member through the resin passage established in the metallic member and the belt type side of receiving plate body is made of plastic. CONSTITUTION:A metallic member 6a is fixed by fitting the positioning hole 9 of metallic member to the positioning pin 11 of mold. On the other hand, a wear-resistant plate is fixed to the bottom of a cavity. The plastic injected into a pot 12 is pressed with a plunger 13, passing through the resin passage 8 of metallic member 6a, being injected into the cavity 14 and is cured by heating and pressing to be molded. Thereafter, it is taken out from the mold and annealed at a high temperature. Thereby, the wear-resistant plate 7 made of wear-resistant plastic composite material unites with the receiving plate body 6 made of metal on the rear side 6a and of plastic on the belt type side 6b. |
