PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer film for three dimensional tuning having dimensional stability when being printed thereon, good vacuum forming properties and heat resistance when being injection molded, by sequentially laminating a release agent layer, a printing layer and an adhesive layer on a base film consisting of a specific amount of polyethylene terephthalate resin and that of heat-resistant thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:On a base film consisting of a blended resin of a polyethylene terephthalate resin 50-90wt% and a heat-resistant thermoplastic resin 50-10wt%, a release agent layer, a printing layer and an adhesive layer are sequentially laminated. It is preferable that the base film is formed by casting in consideration of its vacuum forming properties. Because the wrinkle is easy to produce in the base film of less than 30mum thickness, caused by extension thereof when vacuum-formed, the base film is made to have less than 30mum thickness, and also to have a maximum thickness of approximate 80mum in view of cost. The material to be used for the release agent layer is appropriately selected from thermoplastic resins such as polymethacrylate ester, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated rubber, polyvinylidene chloride, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer. |
