PURPOSE:To enable the effective length of a tightening belt to be substantially further promptly adjusted, by providing a belt length adjusting metal fixture between a stopper part and a lever swiveling belt tightening tool in the tightening belt. CONSTITUTION:A belt length adjusting metal fixture 4, equipped with plural belt insertion holes 6A, 6B, 6C, is provided between a stopper part 1 and a lever swiveling belt tightening tool in the first belt 7A. The first belt 7A is inserted in a condition overlapping its intermediate part to be doubled alternately from different directions into the belt insertion holes 6A, 6B, 6C.
