PURPOSE:To obviate the exertion of an adverse influence on a recording layer and substrate and to prevent the exfoliation by aging or deformation by using a specifically composed epoxy adhesive agent to join two sheets of disk-shaped substrates provided with the recording layer on the inside surface of one substrate. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy compd. having at lest >=2 epoxy groups into the molecule and polyhydric thiol compd. are incorporated into the above-mentioned adhesive agent to be used for an information recording medium formed by joining two sheets of the disk-shaped substrates directly or via an annular spacer by the adhesive agent and providing the recording layer which permits writing and/or reading of information by a laser on the inside surface of at least one substrate thereof. Polycarbonate is used for the disk-shaped substrates. The adhesive agent having such compsn. has adhesive durability and if such agent is used to the adhered part of the disk-shaped substrates, the exfoliation by aging or deformation is obviated and the optical information recording medium having good durability is obtd. without affecting adversely the recording medium. |
