PURPOSE:To apply the integrated rubber lining free from a flaw to the entire peripheral surface of a metal core body, by a method wherein the metal core body is supported in an upper mold and a lower mold so as to provide a constant interval between the core and the molds and unvulcanized rubber is injected to remove a bottom mold and the gap of the support part in the molds is filled with unvulcanized rubber by using other bottom mold to valcanize the whole of unvulcanized rubbers. CONSTITUTION:A bottom mold 1'b is combined with intermediate mold 1'a and a metal core body 3 is supported in such a state that the leading pin of the support pin (k) of the bottom mold 1'b is protruded into the intermediate mold 1'a by a definite height dimension DELTAh. An upper mold 1 and an injection mold 4 are placed and the unvulcanized rubber 5 in the injection mold 4 is pressed by a press means to be flowed between the upper and lower molds and the metal core body 3 through a sprue 6. Thereafter, the bottom mold 1'b is pulled off from the intermediate mold 1'a and other bottom mold 1''b is connected to the intermediate mold 1'a from below in such a state that an unvulcanized rubber lump 7 is mounted to the leading end of the support pin k'' of said mold 1''b and upper and lower mold 8, 8' are heated in such a state that the injection mold 4 was removed to vulcanize the unvulcanized rubbers in the molds.
