In the case of an electronic circuit device which consists of a printed-circuit board (1) and a flat mounting board (2) which, together therewith, forms a structural unit, the mounting board (2) is intended to be equipped with three functions, namely: current path, heat dissipation and cooling, and as a supporting element. The unobstructed clearance between the printed-circuit board (1) and the integrated mounting board (2) is intended to be dimensioned such that the space located between them makes it possible to accommodate further electronic components (30), for example hybrid circuits or the like, the front panel having a width which should not exceed 3 TE. The mounting and the contact pressure of the power semiconductor (12) on the mounting board (2) is finally intended to be achieved by means of a retaining device (15), the retaining device having a central U-profile, from which retaining tongues are provided which can be pressed on and latched in on both sides. <IMAGE>
