PURPOSE:To separate a projection and a photodetection part securely and easily by combining optical fibers for projection and photodetection in 1:1 pairs or 2:2 quads as a minimum unit and distributing then uniformly in the whole bundle. CONSTITUTION:Numbers of optical fibers 3 and 5 for projection and photodetection which are sent out are drawn out while combined in 1:1 pairs or 2:2 quads as a minimum unit and then minimum units are put together to form a fiber bundle 1. Only either of optical fibers for projection and photodetection of this bundle 12, e.g. optical fibers for projection are moved back by specific size and a step part 13 for separation is formed at one end part of this bundle 12; and both optical fibers 3 and 5 are drawn out while this step part 13 is provided and minimum fiber units of the sent-out bundle end part or the whole fiber bundle 12 is adhered in one body by an adhesive coating device 15 to form a united adhesion part 16. Then, the united adhesion part 16 or the part right before it is cut to form a bundle end part 1.
