PURPOSE:To obtain a novel hybrid-type polymeric solid electrolyte having high ionic conductivity and excellent moldability and adhesivity, by polymerizing a specific phosphoric acid ester macromer with a specific alkali metal salt at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective electrolyte can be produced by polymerizing a mixture of (A) 95-80pts.wt. of a phosphoric acid ester macromer of formula (A is 2-4C alkylene; R' is H or methyl; n is 4-22; a and b are 1-2; a+b=3) and (B) 5-20pts.wt. of an alkali metal salt selected from the Li salt, Na salt and K salt of perchloric acid, tetrafluoroboric acid, hexafluorophosphoric acid, trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, toluenesulfonic acid and thiocyanic acid. The polymerization is carried out preferably in THF in a vacuum of <=1 Torr at 50-80 deg.C for 8-20 hr.
