PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition rapidly curable even at extremely low temperatures, with high seal strength, by incorporating amine in a mixture of specific unsaturated beta-hydroxyester and polymerizable unsaturated monomer mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating 100pts.wt. of a mixture of (A) 30-70wt% of an unsaturated beta-hydroxyester prepared by reaction between (i) an epoxy resin with a molecular weight 800-3,000 and epoxide equivalent 400-2,500 based on bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin and (ii) a mixture of (a) 74-64mol% of methacrylic acid and/or acrylic acid and (b) 26-36mol% of a monocarboxylic acid component consisting of 100-80mol% of at least one kind of 8-20C saturated monocarboxylic acid and 0-20mol% of at least one kind of 8-20C unsaturated monocarboxylic acid and 70-30wt% of either methyl methacrylate or a polymerizable monomer mixture containing >=70mol% of said methyl ester, with (C) 0.1-5pts.wt. of a tertiary amine.
