<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to stabilize the quality of the connecting part of a crosslinked polyethylene pipe such as sealing property, strength and durability by a method wherein the title control panel is provided with display alarm parts which instruct in order each work by inputting the shifting positions of the movable holding tool and the heater, the temperature of the heater, the heating time and so forth. CONSTITUTION:A fixed holding tool 2 is provided with a limit switch LS1, which outputs a fixed side pipe-joint selective signal E, and the mounting tool 6a of a heater 6 is provided with a limit switch LS2, which outputs a heater main body set detecting signal C. Moreover, limit switches LS3 and LS4, which respectively output pipe side slide completion signals I and J, are provided on the upper surface of a substratum 1. Furthermore, in between a control panel 36 and an operator 38, the operator 38 instructs the instruction K of sizes (the pipe diameter and so forth) by making a knob 54 rotate, and at the same time, the sequency of works and the timing of operations are instructed from the control panel 36 to the operator 38 by the displays by lamps and the displays M by buzzers and so forth. That is, the display alarm parts are provided on the operating surface 36a of the control panel 36 and the operator has only to conduct works according to these displays M.</p> |
