摘要 <p>PURPOSE:The feedstock is placed on the grate in the combustion chamber and high-pressure air is heated up to elevated temperature and blown to effect gasification and combustion on the negative pressure side and the gas is refluxed through a nozzle to utilize the heat for heating high-pressure air whereby gasification can be carried out in high efficiency with a reduced amount of air. CONSTITUTION:The feedstock is placed on the grate of the combustion chamber and high-pressure air is heated up to high temperature and blown from nozzles of small diameters to develop a positive pressure on the upper stream side of the feedstock and a negative pressure on the downstream side. On the positive side, the feedstock is converted into low-molecular substances and allowed to flow down into the gasification chamber under th roaster to raise the gas into the combustion chamber, while the feedstock is gasified and combusted on the negative side and the combusting gas is reflexed to the nozzle side to heat the high-pressure air. The air is jetted out of small-diameter nozzles at 1-7kg/cm<2>.</p>
