PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement in yield and reliability by stabilizing characteristics by eliminating exfoliation between both the following resins by a method wherein the photo transmitting region and the non photo transmitting region are formed out of resins having nearly equal coefficients of thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION:Mixing a certain amount of carbon particles into a resin of the same material as that of the resin forming the photo transmitting region 3 causes the carbon particles to absorb light and does not allow light transmission. The minimum quantity of carbon necessary to perfectly shield light transmission is about 0.7%. In the case of mixing a 0.7% portion of carbon particles into this photo transmitting resin, the coefficient of thermal expansion remains hardly changed from that of the original photo transmitting resin: about 6.27X10/c. Therefore, formation of the non photo transmitting region out of the non photo transmitting resin produced by mixing an about 0.7% portion of carbon particles into a resin of the same material as that of the resin forming the photo transmitting resin 3 does not allow exfoliation between both the resins because of nearly equal coefficients of thermal expansion.
|
