PURPOSE:To facilitate the mass production of the title winding parts by a method wherein an I-type core is fitted to an intermediate flange, and a closed magnetic circuit is formed using the I-type core and a legged core, thereby enabling to continuously wind a winding coil in one process. CONSTITUTION:A wire is wound on the bobbin 3 whereon terminal pins are provided in an implanted manner, the finishing end of the wire is fastened to terminal pins 9a and 9b successively, the wire is wound on a winding division 4, the wire is cut after the finishing end of the wire is fastened to a terminal pin 7a, and a secondary coil is wound on winding divisions 4 and 5. The starting end of the wire to be used for the secondary coil is fastened to a terminal pin 8b and the wire is wound on the winding division 5, the finishing end of the wire is fastened to the terminals 9b and 9c and the wire is wound on the winding division 4, the end of the winding is fastened to a terminal 7b and the winding is cut. The primary wire bridged on the terminal pins 9a, 9b and 9c is cut, and it is fixed to each terminal pin. An E-type core 1 is inserted into the inner hole of the bobbin 3, an I-type core 2 is inserted into the groove 6 of an intermediate flange 3c, and each end of the winding is adhered. A closed magnetic circuit is formed using the I-type core 2 and the E-type core 1.
