<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow product which is light in weight and of good quality, by a method wherein a middle die is withdrawn in the direction meeting at right angles with a mold opening direction and a first semi-fabricated product and a second semi-fabricated product are unified with each other by connecting their concave and convex of respective connecting end faces, which are corresponding each other, with each other by making reclamping of a top force and a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:A first semi-fabricated product 16 and a second semi-fabricated product 17 are molded by a method wherein a middle die 3 is held between a top force and a bottom force, the top and bottom forces 1, 2 are clamped, a molten molding material is poured into a first product cavity 14 and a second product cavity 15 and both the cavities 14, 15 are filled up with the molten material, which is congealed. Mold clamp is performed by closing the top and bottom forces 1, 2 together, a protrusion 18 of the first semi-fabricated product 16 is made to fit in a hole part 19 of the second semi- fabricated product 17, and a hollow product 20 is molded by making the first semi- fabricaqed product 16 and the second semi-fabricated product 17 unify. Then mold break is performed, the hollow product 20 is taken out to the outside of a mold through an extrusion pin, through which a cycle in manufacturing the hollow product is completed.</p> |
