PURPOSE:To decelerate one of reciprocating strokes of a container generated obliquely upward and downward with resistance on water surface to provide a rectilinear force with the reaction by rotating a rotary disk obliquely rather than horizontally in a container which disk has a weight such that it is inclined in one way. CONSTITUTION:When a container 1 is floated on the water and a rotary disk 5 is rotated right or left, the rotary disk having a weight 6 attached thereto begins to rotate while oscillating and drawing a circle, since a weight 6 is attached to the rotary disk. And in the rotation of the weight 6, the container 1 tends to be propelled right ward a length of distance A on the water by the reaction of the weight 6. However, since the rotary disk 5 is mounted inclined right downward, a portion of propelling motion receives the resistance of the water so that the propelling distance is somewhat shortened by the reaction. When the rotary disk 5 is further rotated and returned to the original position, the container 1 tends to be propelled leftward by the reaction of the weight 6. In this case, however, the container 1 is propelled leftward without receiving the resistance of the water surface. |
