A tympanic isopressor is described, comprising an air compressor (M) having a low capacity, an air reservoir (A), an applicator nozzle (15), a pressure regulator (V), an air filter (F) and a microcomputer. By means of the device according to the present invention, the administration of a treatment is obtained at a constant pressure measurable at any time in a simple and safe way.
