PURPOSE:To order a photograph to be printed extra easily in a short time by reading the frame number of a negative film with an optical means when the photograph is enlarged and printed, projecting it at a part of photographic paper by an optical means, and recording the frame number. CONSTITUTION:When the negative film 1 is advanced as shown by an arrow in a figure and a frame 21 to be printed reaches the stage 23 of an enlargement printer 22, an electric bulb 24 is turned on and the rays of this light are converged by a condenser lens 25, an opal glass 26, etc., to be a smooth light source which forms the image of the frame 21 of the film on the photographic paper 28 by exposure through a lens 27. In this case,the frame number recorded at the side end of the film is recorded directly by bringing an optical fiber bundle 30 at the opposite side 36 from the film 28 across the film into contact with a light emitting device 29. Thus, the frame number of the photography is recorded at a part of the photograph which is enlarged and printed, so a general user can order a photograph to be printed extra easily in a short time.
