PURPOSE:To decrease a possible oil leakage which takes place between a vane and a rotor and/or a cam ring at the time of a low speed rotation by providing a hydraulic chamber for forcing the vane up on the inner periphery side of the vane and supplying said hydraulic chamber with hydraulic oil discharged from a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION:Each vane 68 of a vane-type hydraulic pump is provided on its inner periphery side with hydraulic chamber 109 which gives an energizing force in the radial direction to the vane 68 for forcing it up. While, the hydraulic chamber 109 is supplied, through a forcing up oil supply line 141 and a check valve 144, with hydraulic oil discharge from a hydraulic pump 140 which is provided separately. Since said hydraulic pump 140 is connected to a front wheel output shaft and hydraulic oil can always be discharged from the pump when the vehicle is running, an oil leakage within a vane-type hydraulic pump can be decreased. |
