PURPOSE:To enable re-liquefaction and storage of excess BOG in a tank, by sending much of the excess BOG into the tank, using a compressor which has a capacity of treating BOG usually produced. CONSTITUTION:When LNG has begun to enter a tank, there is produced much BOG in the tank 1. The pressure of this BOG is increased by a compressor 5 through a suction line 4, being delivered into a using side. At this time, with the compressor 5 set at a usual BOG treating capacity except when LNG is received, BOG that is not treated will be sent into the tank 3 through a line 6, resulting in an increased oil pressure in the tank 3 and re-liquefied BOG, which will then be stored in the tank. |
