PURPOSE:To make a tube for a bicycle for cycling, etc. airtight and easy to remove by cutting a pipe-shaped protrusion molded body made of thermoplastic urethane resin at a fixed length, adhering its both ends and thereby constituting a band-shaped tube. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic, protrusion molded resin body in the shape of a pipe is cut at a fixed length, and its both ends 2, 2' are welded to form a band-like tube 1. To this, air infusion valve 3 is attached. This tube 1 is incorporated in a tire, with the welded parts 2, 2' joined together. Through this arrangement, a bicycle tube being of high quality and easy to repair is obtained. |
