Photoimaging composition comprising an admixture of leuco dye, and at least one 2,4,5-triphenylimidazolyl dimer prepared by an oxidative coupling reaction, a reaction product, 2,2',5-tris-(o-chlorophenyl)-4-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4',5'-diphenylbii midazole, being present in an amount of 0.01 to 90.0% by weight based on the weight of solids in the composition. The composition when coated on a support is useful for prepress proofing.
