PURPOSE:To surely perform the safety treatment of the automation mode device simplifying the operation by performing with the automation mode the treatment from the placing of joining components onto the base stand upto the positioning and joining and by providing the means to execute the safety motion as well. CONSTITUTION:The power source is fed to the device and the automation mode is selected by switch operating part 17. The operator performs the takeout of a work or the feeding of the work to a jig 11. The operator turns a rotary table 10 after finishing the confirmation of the lamps 19, 22 to indicate the takeout of the work or the completion of the feeding. The rotary table 10 stops on each turn and feeds a brazing filler metal from the brazing filler metal feeding part 14. The brazing is executed by performing the setting of a laser irradiating device, the setting to the work of a brazing width guide 35, etc. The rotary table 10 stops emergently when the hand of the operator is detected by a sensor. The safety treatment of the operator under the treatment with the automation mode is surely realized accordingly. |
