摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the mean electric power consumption of a logic circuit based upon an integrated injection logic (IIL) by controlling the earth side potential of the IIL by a logic signal. CONSTITUTION:The base of an npn bipolar transistor (TR) Qn is used as the 1st logic input (in) and its collector is used as an open type logic output (out). The common area of the base of a TR Qp and the emitter of the TR Qn is floated from an earth potential and the floated common area is used as the 2nd logic input phi. In an inactive state that the logic input phi is turned to 'H', injector current Ii flow is interrupted and a power consumption removing state is generated.
