PURPOSE:To obtain stable and accurate operation for a high load by eliminating the direct application of a force from a load to rotor by screw means and engaging means. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 3a having a magnet 2 is rotated through bearings 6a, 6b on the outer periphery of a shaft 4 press-fitted to an end cover 1 by revolving magnetic field of coils 16a, 16b in stators 15a, 12b. When a high load A is applied externally to a slider 10, a load is applied through a ball bearing 9 to the screw engaging portion 13 of a screw 14 with a shaft 12, but since the shaft 12 and the shaft 4 for rotating the rotor 3a are independent, no load is applied to the shaft 4. |
