PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal head capable of supplying an image signal in parallel and having substantially one conductor layer, by providing recording current earthing conductors between connection terminals of adjacent ICs while providing image signal input conductors between said earthing conductors. CONSTITUTION:Recording current earthing conductors are arranged between connection terminals T1-Tm of adjacent driver ICs and an image signal is supplied to the image signal terminal of desired IC in parallel by image signal input conductors Sp arranged to the central parts between said earthing conductors. By this method, a thermal head, wherein driven ICs are mounted on a single printed board and image signals can be supplied from plural places while a wiring conductor layer is constituted of substantially one layer, is obtained. |
