Solid amorphous copolymers of ethylene, propylene and an olefinic benzocyclobutene monomer of the formula <IMAGE> where R1 is hydrogen or CH3 and R2 is -CH2-n where n is 0 to 6 are claimed. Such copolymers can be easily crosslinked at temperatures above about 200 DEG C., resulting in elastomers having improved creep resistance.
