PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to improve the general use performance by energizing at least one of the outer and inner circumference buffer embers through an energizing projection provided on a drive plate. CONSTITUTION:An energizing projection 283 folded to the piston 21 side is provided on a drive plate 28 to energize an inner circumference buffer member 24. Since the inner circumference buffer member 24 can be energized by the drive plate 28 of integral structure, the structure can be simplified. While since the characteristic of damper mechanism can be modified easily through positional modification of the energizing projection 293, it can be applied onto various type of machines resulting in improvement of general use performance.
