PURPOSE:To reliably prevent lowering of performance of a throttle actuator and damage of the actuator, by providing a driving speed computing means which determines the driving speed of the driving actuator based on the temperature of the throttle actuator. CONSTITUTION:Based on the temperature of a throttle actuator (a) detected by a temperature detecting means 6, the driving speed of the throttle actuator (a) is determined by a driving speed computing means (e). A control quantity of an excel controller is detected by an accel control quantity detecting means (d). A control quantity of an accel controller is detected by an acceleration control quantity detecting means (d). The driving control means (e) drives the throttle actuator (a) at the driving speed, determined by a driving speed computing means (c), according to a detecting control quantity of the acceleration controller. This enables reliable prevention of lowering of performance of the throttle actuator and damage of the throttle actuator.
