PURPOSE:To simplify the whole construction and aim at compactification as well as to improve vibro-absorption capacity ever so high, by using an elastic ring, installing each through hole at both sides of the center, in a part setting an internal gear to a bearing case, in case of a device, bearing the above caption, to be installed in a driving system or the like of a marine propeller. CONSTITUTION:A ring internal gear 43 being gear-cut in an inner circumferential part is locked to an end face 33a at the side of an input shaft 23 of a bearing case 33 in a concentric form with the input shaft 23 by plural bolts where an elastic ring 44 is fitted and a washer 46. This elastic ring 44 is embedded in plural setting holes installed on the same circumference of a flange part of the internal gear 43, and solidly formed as one body in a tight fit manner. This elastic ring 44 is made up of ringlike rubber 44a and ringlike metallic rings 44b and 44c concentrically installed in both inner and outer circumferential surfaces of this rubber 44a. In addition, in this rubber 44a part of the elastic ring 44, through holes 44d and 44d' or vent holes are installed in two spots in a direction where load F is added to this rubber 44a.
