摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled paint which is excellent in initial adhesion and water resistance and causes neither peeling nor cracking, by dispersing an acrylic resin emulsion contg. a chlorinated rubber-contg. soln. dispersed therein in a rubber latex. CONSTITUTION:2.5-5% chlorinated rubber-contg. soln. and antioxidant-contg. dispersion is added to and dispersed in an acrylic resin emulsion to obtain a mixed emulsion 7.5-15% mixed emulsion is added to and dispersed in a rubber latex.
