PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the deterioration of lubricating oil by heating the liquid mixture consisting of the lubricating oil and organic working medium supplied from a closed type oil tank by an oil heater and gas-liquid-separating said mixture by utilizing the difference of the evaporation temperature between the both components. CONSTITUTION:In the sealing mechanism 8 and 9, the lubricating oil mixed with organic working medium 22 is sent into a separator 2 by the drive of a circulation pump P1. The lubricating oil mixed with the liquid phase component of the working medium 22 is sent into an oil heater 7 through a closed type oil tank 6 from the separator 2, and heated by the surface-layer sea-water having a high temperature as heating source, and gas-liquid-separated to the vapor component of the medium 22 and the lubricating oil in liquid phase, and then returned to the closed type oil tank 6 again.
