PURPOSE:To integrally mold a vessel formed with a desired pattern with colors of more than two shades by a method wherein the peripheral wall of a vessel main body, the peripheral wall of a lid and the part of a thin hinge are formed out of first synthetic resin while the bottom plate and the top plate of the lid are formed out of second and third synthetic resins respectively. CONSTITUTION:The first synthetic resin P1, consisting of polypropylene resin or the like colored in a desired shade, is injected into a frame-like cavity through first gate G1, then, sliding cores 42, 43 are positioned at the retreated positions thereof and the second synthetic resin P2, consisting of the same resin colored in other shade, is injected into a bottom plate cavity through the second gate G2 further, the third synthetic resin P3, having different shade from that of either one of the first or second synthetic resin, is injected into a top plate cavity through the third gage G3 in parallel to the injection of the second synthetic resin. A groove 23, constituting the pattern of the lid body 21, is formed on the inner surface of a cavity mold 30 opposing to the second sliding core 43 and thereby the pattern of the lid body 21 may be formed in a protruded configuration. |
