PURPOSE:To shorten the manufacturing time of resin-molded product provided with a plurality of layers and reduce the manufacturing cost of the same by a method wherein the resin powder is loaded into a heated mold to adhere it to a forming groove while a removing process of excessive resin powder and the adhering process of the same are effected at least one time by using different resin powder. CONSTITUTION:The PVC resin powder, becoming the surface skin 4 of the product, is loaded into a bottom force 12 and a part of it is molten by heat to obtain a given thickness while the bottom force 12 is converted to remove the excessive PVC resin powder. Subsequently, the PVC resin powder, forming an expanded layer 3 and mixed with chemical foaming material, is loaded into the bottom force 12 and a part of it is molten by heat to adhere it to the adhered layer with a given thickness while excessive PVC resin powder is removed. Further, the PVC resin powder, form a base material 2, is loaded into the bottom force 12 and a part of it is molten by heat to adhere it thereto with a given thickness while excessive PVC resin powder is removed and, then, the mold is clamped and heated. |
