PURPOSE:To facilitate the management of process and improve productivity by a method wherein cooling between a pressing process and a trimming process as well as the take-out of the product are effected continuously on one line. CONSTITUTION:A glass plate after forming, which is finished in press forming, is conveyed from a mounting place 4 to a trimming mold 6 by first conveyor 1 and is hung into a cavity 6c. Subsequently, a movable mold 6a approaches to a fixed mold 6b. This approach is continued until an elastic member pinches the glass plate, however, the mold is clamped half in this stage. After the half clamping of the mold, air is supplied to a venting path 8 and cooling of the glass plate is effected. When the glass plate is cooled in some degree, second conveyor 2 conveys the trimming mold 6 to an injection molding machine 7 while the mold 6 is passed through first cooling zone during being conveyed, the clamping of the mold 6 is effected simultaneously and gradually and the clamping is finished at the place of installation of the injection molding machine 7. When the trimming mold 6 has arrived at the injection machine 7, resin is injected into the mold 6 and the trimming molding may be effected in the mold 6.
