PURPOSE:To prevent a generation of a flicker and make possible a stereoscopic color image by using two sets of TV cameras separated to left and right, synthesizing two systems of video signals and feeding out as a present TV video signal of one system. CONSTITUTION:An object 20 is image picked up by two sets of TV cameras 1 and 2 separated by the distance substantially same as an interval between a left eye and a right eye of a person, and the generated two system video signals are inputted to an adding circuit 3. The circuit 3 outputs an arithmetical average value signal of the two systems. The video signals of said two systems are inputted to a switch circuit 4 and this is selected in a fixed cycle and either one of the two systems is outputted. The output of the circuit 3 is inputted to an LPF5 and only a low frequency wave component is outputted. The output of the circuit 4 is inputted to an HPF6 and only a high frequency wave component is outputted. The output of the HPF6 and the output of the LPF5 are inputted to an adding circuit 7 and respective sum signals are outputted as stereoscopic video signals. |
