PURPOSE:To remove inconvenience of base of power supply function by informing of an exchange maintenance personnel if normal power supply function is lost. CONSTITUTION:If voltage of a battery 11 is less than rated supply voltage, a signal indicating it is supplied from a detection circuit 30 to a microprocessor 12. The signal is taken into the microprocessor 12 to set alarm information in a control channel which has the format sent through a subscriber's circuit 4, and is sent to the subscriber's circuit 4 through a circuit terminating circuit 18 and a transmission terminating circuit 19. The alarm information received by a subscriber's circuit 20 is transferred to a common controller 23. An alarm signal is supplied to an alarm generator 33 to generate an alarm. |
