PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing steps and obtain a good inductance element by forming a parallel conductor pattern through cutting of a metal pattern on a substrate with a thin film formed uniformly. CONSTITUTION:A conductor paste 11 is printed in parallel to the surface of a magnetic material substrate 10 and it is then dried up. A magnetic material thin film 12 is formed by printing on the surface of the substrate 10 with paste 11. The intermediate part is covered with thin film 12 so that both ends of the paste 11 are exposed. Thereafter, a metal film 13 is formed to the entire part of the surface thereof. The metal film 13 at the surface of substrate 10 is cut away. The cutting should be done in parallel to remove the metal film 13 and maintain the parallel metal film 13. Both ends of metal film 13' left at the surface are respectively connected to the lower adjacent conductor patterns formed by the paste 11. Thereby, manufacturing steps are reduced and good inductance element can be obtained.
