PURPOSE:To protect a power from a transient phenomenon when power is applied with a large power load connected by providing a power application point of time adjusting means adjusting the power application point of time in response to the operation of a PTT button releating to a pre-stage radio communication equipment so as to avoid application of power at the sending state. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 8a of a power supply circuit 8 is connected to a power terminal 6a of a power supply circuit 5 and in closing a power switch 6, a power +B is inputted. In this case, when a base bias terminal 8a via resistors R1, R2 is connected to a reference potential point, a power supply transistor (TR) Q1 is turned on. When a TR Q2 provided to a power application point of time adjusting circuit 9 is turned on, the terminal 8s has a reference potential point via a terminal 9s. A terminal 9a of the circuit 9 is thrown to the power application position and a terminal 9b is thrown to the power supply position. Operation information of the PTT button 7 is inputted to a terminal 9c. Supply information representing that the power is fed to the load is inputted to the terminal 9b from which the power application point of time is adjusted through the AND logic between the terminals 9a and 9c. When power is fed to the load, and operation of the PTT button 7 goes to 'don't care' mode.
