PURPOSE:To reduce discharge between electrode terminals by installing an anode terminal at the tip of an exhaust tube extruded from a glass tube. CONSTITUTION:An electrode terminal 2, to which high voltage is applied, of an electrode 6 is installed at the tip of an exhaust tube 7 of a glass tube 1. Since the anode terminal 2, to which high voltage is applied, is drawn out from the tip of the exhaust tube 7 extruded from the bottom of the glass tube 1, the distance between the anode terminal 2 along the back surface of the glass and electrode terminal groups 3 can be widened. Therefore, possibility of discharge between electrode terminals can be reduced. |
