PURPOSE:To make analysis with high accuracy by sucking a successively the plural samples fed simultaneously to a photometric position into one and the same flow cell and subjecting the same to photometry. CONSTITUTION:Specimens are dispensed into reaction tubes 5-7 in a specimen dispens ing part, then the tubes are fed to the 1st reagent dispensing part, then the tubes are fed to the 1st reagent dispensing part where the 1st reagent is dispensed therein. The tubes 5-7 are thereafter fed to the 2nd reagent dispensing part 8 where the 2nd reagent is dispensed therein from the 2nd reagent dispensing lines 10-12. The tubes are fed to a photometric part 9. Suction nozzles 18, 20, 24 are inserted into the tubes 5-7. A flow-passage 15 of a three-way valve 16 is held communicated in this stage with a flow passage 19 on the intake side of the specimen blank liquid and therefore the specimen blank liquid is admitted from the reaction tube 6 into the flow cell 13 by which the specimen blank is subjected to the photometry. The flow passage of the valve 16 are then changed over a communicate the flow passage 15 with a specimen reaction side flow passage 17 so that the specimen reactive liquid is admitted from the tube 5 into the flow cell 13. The analytical item comaponent of the specimen reactive liquid is thus subjected to the photometry. The data on the measured specimen blank, etc. is sent to a data processor where the analytical value on the intended analytical item subjected to the processing is displayed.
