PURPOSE:To use the titled antenna for multi-band by resonating an antenna conductor constituting a transmission line antenna and each of plural branching elements comprising the said antenna conductor, a lumped constant coil connected to its open end and other antenna conductor to 1/4 wavelength in a prescribed frequency band respectively. CONSTITUTION:The antenna conductor 101 is arranged in parallel or nearly in parallel with a grounding plane 102, a branch element 106-1 of series connection between a lumped constant coil 104-4 and an antenna conductor 105-1 and a branch element 106-2 being the series connection of a lumped constant coil 104-2 and an antenna conductor 105-2,... are connected to the open end of the transmission line type antenna to one end of which a grounding part 103 is provided and they are arranged in parallel or nearly in parallel with the grounding plane 102. Thus, the antenna comprising the antenna conductor 101, the antenna comprising the antenna conductor 101 and the branch element 106-1 and the antenna comprising the antenna conductor 101 and the element 106-2,... are resonated respectively to 1/4 wavelength at a prescribed frequency band so as to attain operation at the multi-band.
