PURPOSE:To make the recognition of tariff unnecessary by providing a means which displays a signal that is transferred/received between an equipment and a line after an automatic response operation by a monitor speaker. CONSTITUTION:With providing a monitor speaker SP and a means (h) which switches the possible/impossible of a monitor speaker displaying and the possible/impossible of the transmission of an announce to a line side at a response time and after switching and in the automatic response operation, the signal which is transmitted/received between the equipment and the lines LA and LB is displayed by the monitor speaker SP. Thereby, the content of a charge information (a sound information) is recognized. When outgoing, an opposite equipment number is transmitted from a dial sending response monitoring part DL and at the same time, it is sent also to a charge control device MC and a communication hour is counted and the communication hour is calculated at the time when, by the completion of the communication, a relay E is restored to normal.
