CONSTITUTION:When a switching signal is outputted from a switching signal generating part 1, a motor in a motor operating mechanism 2 is started, an on- load tap changer 3 starts operation and a sound is generated. At this time, a switching detecting part 4 detects the switching signal outputted from the switching signal generating part 1 and transmits the detected signal to an abnormality judging part 6. A sound detecting part 5 detects the sound generated by the on- load tap changer 3 and transmit the signal. As a result, the abnormality judging part 6 compares the generated times and the sound levels with regard to the sound, which is generated when the on-load tap changer 3 changes one tap, and the sound, which is generated, at the time of normal switching and stored in a memory circuit 7. Thus the symptom and the place of the falut are detected and the signals are sent to an display circuit 8. |
