PURPOSE:To obtain a test road surface with high approximation with a market road surface by running actual vehicles on the market road surface and picking a characteristic of a vibration transmitted to the vehicles side from the road surface side. CONSTITUTION:In classifying the market road surface, the 1st road surface profile having large and small undulations alone, the 2nd road surface profile having large bumpy parts alone such as a chuckhole and the patching and the 3rd road surface profile having minute cracks and rough surfaces of three kinds of prescribed. Then, a vibrational characteristic in each road surface road is picked as amplitude, wavelength and frequency. After that, the road surface conditions of the market road surface to be simulated are surveyed and a simulation of a test course is formed. Then, the asphalt road surface 1 is formed to the road surface having the undulations to medium extent. Then, the chuckholes 2, 2... or the patching 3 or the like are formed on the road surface 1 so that the bumpy conditions to medium extent are obtained. Further, the cracks 4, 4... or coarse grain parts 5 corresponding to sizes of the rough conditions are formed on the road surface 1. The road surface formation of N-th number is completed as stated above. |
