PURPOSE:To make it possible to wax a car with a relatively small amount of wax liquid, by waxing the car after water on the vehicle body of the car is removed to some degree by a first drying process. CONSTITUTION:On a first outgoing process Ia in a main body 1, water is sprayed from water spray nozzles 9, 10 while cleaning liquid is scattered from a cleaning liquid nozzle 11 to remove mud and dirt from a vehicle body by brushing. On a first return process Ib foamed cleaning agent is sprayed from a cleaning agent nozzle 13 and brushing is made thereover. On a second outgoing process IIa the foamed cleaning agent is washed off after spraying water from the nozzles 9, 10, and rinsing is made by water spray from a nozzle. On a second return process IIb air is blown from a blower nozzle 7 onto the vehicle body 50 to remove water adhered to the vehicle body 50. On a third outgoing process IIIa a wax is applied to the vehicle body from a wax nozzle 12, and then the vehicle body is washed with water. On a third return process IIIb air is blown from the nozzle 7 to dry the vehicle body.
