PURPOSE:To enable the discharge treatment of the residual reagent in a reagent tube and a reagent distribution nozzle without contaminating a reaction container, by providing a discharged solution receiving tray enabled in advance and retraction movement in the moving course of the nozzle distributing a reagent in the reaction container. CONSTITUTION:When the residual reagents in reagent distribution nozzles 2 and reagent tubes 3 are discharged after the analysis of a specimen was finished, a discharged solution receiving tray 7 is positionally set directly under the nozzles by driving a drive means 10. The residual reagents in the nozzles 2 and the tubes 3 are discharged in the tray 7 by the operation of a reagent pump and the discharged reagents are sucked through a tube 9 by a discharge pump to be discharged to the outside. When the discharge amount of the residual reagents is much, the greater part of said reagents can be absorbed by the sponge 8 mounted to the bottom surface of the tray 7 and, therefore, the scattering of the reagents to the circumference can be prevented. By this mechanism, an automatic chemical analyser equipped with function capable of discharging the reagents in the reagent tubes 3 and the reagent distribution nozzles 2 without contaminating a reaction container 5 can be obtained. |
