PURPOSE:To attain low cost, miniaturization and thin profile for a bias coil by providing a couple of bias coils forming a loop magnetic circuit to a high permeability case. CONSTITUTION:After a case RFS assembly is formed, a couple of upper magnets BIMa and lower magnet BIMb are arranged in combination to the outer face of the case RFS assembly in the outer case SHIa and the bias coil BICI is wound with arrangement in a long cylindrical form to opposite side walls of the upper case SHIa, further the inner case SHIb is arranged and the side face contact parts between the outer case SHIa and the inner case SHIb are connected magnetically by welding or the like. In this state, a prescribed bias current is fed to the two bias coils BIC to test the magnetic bubble memory element CHI. Then the bias coils BIC are cut off and removed.
