PURPOSE:To make the title memory thin in wall by combining a couple of magnets at the outer face of a case made of a good electric conductor clipping entirely a coil, a core and a magnetic bubble memory element, clipping the assembly in a high permeability material case and providing a heat sink to the high permeability material case. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble memory chip CHI is surrounded by a frame type core COR and the chip is arranged on a flexible wiring board FPC so as to be on the nearly same plane. The drive magnetic circuit COR and the magnetic bubble memory chip CHI are contained in a rotating magnetic field confinement case RFS made of nonmagnetic substance and good conductor, a couple of magnets BIM are given in the case and they are clipped in the high permeability material case SHI and the heat sink RAD is provided in the high permeability material case. Thus, the uniformity of the rotating mag netic field is improved, the entire size is miniaturized and thin profile is attained, and the magnetic bubble memory having large operating ambient temperature is obtained.
